About this website

BirdHouse is operated by DataHawk Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Virginia, United States.

These terms address the public website, documentation, examples, and interest form.

They do not grant access to hosted services, create a subscription, or replace a separate agreement for Matchmaking, Analytics, or another product. Any agreement requiring your acceptance will be presented for that purpose. Visiting the website does not by itself mean you have accepted a separate customer agreement.

Early access & availability

Registering interest is free. It does not place an order, reserve a price, guarantee an invitation, or commit either party to a release date, capacity, or service level. Availability depends on the applicable product and any separate access arrangements.

Development targets and planned features describe our intentions and may change. Analytics demonstrations use illustrative data and do not represent a live analytics service. Public pricing and account creation are not offered through this website.

Applicable charges, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, service, and data-processing terms must be supplied before you enter the relevant paid or hosted-service arrangement. Questions about billing under a separate agreement can be sent to billing@birdhouse.tech.

Documentation & demonstrations

Examples and demonstrations explain concepts and configuration. Sample counts, charts, timing, and outcomes are illustrative, not measured production performance or a guarantee of results.

Check documentation against the version you use, test integrations, and assess whether a feature fits your project. Game developers remain responsible for their own game behavior, player notices, permissions, and integration choices. Documentation does not authorize access to private packages, repositories, or infrastructure.

SDKs, source code, dependencies, and other separately licensed materials remain governed by their respective licenses. These website terms do not replace them. See Licenses for notices relating to the website.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or our systems. Do not introduce malicious code, evade access controls, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, or submit deceptive or abusive requests.

Provide contact details you are entitled to use and only project information relevant to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, personal information about players or other people, or confidential material through the interest form. Contact us first if an enquiry needs a secure exchange.

Email & enquiries

An access request asks us to email you about the products selected. Product news is a separate optional choice; declining it does not prevent an access request. See Your choices & requests for privacy requests and stopping emails.

General enquiries and early-access replies go to hello@birdhouse.tech. Product questions, bugs, and account-related questions go to support@birdhouse.tech.

Automated messages. If you receive an automated verification, password-reset, or account message from no-reply@birdhouse.tech, direct questions to support@birdhouse.tech. That sender is reserved for automated delivery and is not a support contact.

Do not email us passwords or verification codes. An unexpected message asking for those details should be reported to security@birdhouse.tech.

Content & third parties

BirdHouse branding and original website content remain subject to the rights of their owners. You may browse the site and use documentation for its intended informational purpose. This does not transfer ownership of our trademarks or override an applicable software license.

Third-party software, fonts, names, and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses. References to Roblox or other platforms describe compatibility or provide information; they do not by themselves mean that a platform sponsors, endorses, or partners with BirdHouse.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and practices. Review those before using an external service or sharing information with it.

Website disclaimers

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. The public website and illustrative materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that an example will meet every project’s requirements.

Website descriptions do not create an uptime commitment, support response time, certification, or performance warranty. Any such commitment must be expressly included in the agreement governing the relevant service.

These statements are subject to applicable law. They do not exclude a guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or override a commitment in a separate binding agreement.

Security reports

Report a suspected vulnerability or security concern to security@birdhouse.tech. Include the affected public URL, a brief description, and a way to contact you. Keep credentials, personal information, and exploit details out of the initial email; ask for an appropriate channel if sensitive evidence is necessary.

Do not access or alter someone else’s information, interrupt service, or continue testing if doing so could cause harm. This contact route is not permission to test private systems and does not create a bug-bounty reward or safe-harbor commitment.

Changes & your rights

We may update the website and these terms. The date above identifies this version. Updates do not retroactively rewrite a separate agreement; additional notice or acceptance will be obtained where required.

Nothing here restricts rights or protections that cannot lawfully be restricted. Questions or concerns about these terms can be raised with our legal contact below.
